Mr. Mike, a loyal customer, sent over this recipe and we had to share it with y’all. It hits on all cylinders we require out of a good recipe: easy, delicious, nutritious and unique.

Here’s Mike’s note →Good Morning Mary- it was another successful feast thanks to the deliciousness of the provisions from Northstar Bison. These are the Italian bison breakfast sausages, wrapped in a crescent roll and stuffed with jalapeño goat cheese, then drizzled with Chile infused honey! (The links) Browned under the broiler for 12 minutes then wrapped (in the crescent rolls) and cooked for another 12 minutes. They were a big hit. Thanks for the great service and great products !!

This recipe is great for preparing a large breakfast for friends or family because everything is done at once; everyone gets to eat at the same time while everything is warm. Togetherness means so much to our family so we have an extra appreciation for recipes that allow us to enjoy each other!
